BUTONII RETURN POLICY

OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

You are more than welcome to return your item unless the product description states that it cannot be returned. The return policy is only for product exchange, not for a refund of money, except for items on discount, handbags, and accessories that cannot be returned. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are refunded via store credit; no money back, only store credit is provided. Returns are processed within 2-5 business days after your items are delivered to us.

ORIGINAL CONDITION

Customer hygiene and safety are very important to us, so please do your best to try on, handle, and repackage the items carefully. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, no makeup, pet hair, deodorant, or perfume, and must have all original tags attached.

All items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, and failure to return them in their original condition may result in cleaning or rejection charges. Any items that are not received in good condition will NOT be accepted, and the customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items returned to them. Any unaccepted packages that have not had reship fees paid within 30 days will be discarded, and no credit will be issued.

We reserve the right to define and limit, refuse, and/or reject customer returns at any time due to:

  • A history of irregular or excessive returns involving items that are worn, altered, washed, damaged, or missing.

Damage/Incorrect Items

Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of the package arriving via email. If you do not report within that timeframe, we will not issue credit. It is important that you report the damage to us within this timeframe, including photographs of the damage in your email, so that we can help you immediately resolve your issue.

Customer-caused damage, such as cuts in clothing made at the time of opening the package, will not qualify for a replacement. Take additional care when opening the packages. Although uncommon, if you received an incorrect item, please contact us with photographs of the item.

Are shipping costs refundable?

All shipping costs are non-refundable*. Return shipping costs are also non-refundable and will be deducted from your return.

What do I do if I have been incorrectly refunded?

We are so sorry that we made a mistake with your refund! First, check if any of these apply to your order:

  • If you have returned two packages from the same order, you will most likely be refunded at different times.
  • If you return them in the same package, don't worry: you'll be refunded in two separate transactions. Please allow 72 hours for both to arrive.
  • Original shipping charges or return shipping charges are non-refundable unless a mistake has been made on our part.
  • If you paid with a combination of a gift card and debit/credit card, the refund will automatically be sent to the gift card first. Use the original gift card code to redeem it on your next order.
  • Check if you used a discount code at checkout! This may be the reason why you haven't been refunded the full price.

Can I return sale items?

You are more than welcome to return a sale item for store credit within 15 days of the shipping date, as long as it is unused, undamaged, and complies with our Terms and Conditions.

When will my refund be processed?

We will be in touch once your return has been received and your refund has been completed.

We work hard to ensure that all returns are processed within 5 business days of arrival (excluding weekends). You will receive a gift card via email within 5 days after your return is received.

DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR GIFT CARD?

Be sure to check all folders, including Spam, at the email address associated with your order. If you lost access to your email, you will need to contact us below with your order number, full name, and billing address.
